Looking around my old files, I found some poetry / rap verses I wrote a while back.Thought I should share.

One
The way you switch your hips when u walk drives me wild
The way you say your words when u talk like a child
You always stayed faithful, You always stayed true
Even when i tried to walk away from you

You're my sweet vannilla strawberry chocolate Ice cream
Even though u get on my nerves and I scream
I'm so glad that I got you on my team
You're the very manifestation of my dreams

I keep blessing the day that i met you
Right then I knew that it'd be hard to forget you
It was like destiny for me to get you
Ever try to walk out, Love, my love wont let you

Every time I'm with you and i look into your eyes I feel a rush inside my heart
and anytime you're far away I'm so lost because you are the beat within my heart

If you ever need a strong shoulder u can cry on
Ever need a word that your soul can fly on
Ever need a fat pocket u can rely on
I'm gonna be that companion

So you can move out of the apartment when I'm on tour
You can throw my guitar down from the top floor
I could tell you its over and walk out of the door
but when I wake up its you I'll be waking for

When u nag and judge - I wont budge
Get mad, slam doors - You don't score

Anger is a letter away from danger
When we quarrel, you act like a stranger
But after all is said and done

All that is nothing compared to what i feel for you.

Its confusing shei, u no know why

I'll dive a mile just to catch your tears falling
Hang up a hundred times, I'll never stop calling
I love you loads I can not hold it all in
me and you we're straight balling 

If loving you is a crime, I'm ready to do time
but I'll do yours before, i do mine
We got a lot in common, we're never offline
We even dress the same, I call that a good sign

Though sometimes its cold outside, its dark and you're scared cos the sun doesn't seem to be shining
Realize that the sun is always up when you're down, so my love, don't let me find you crying

Cupid hit me where my joint be, right in the heart, so there's no use denying
Girl u better act like you know, you're the best for 'the kid', and u know it girl, stop lying

When you tell me want out, and you scream in my face
When you tell all your friends that you need some space
There's no way I'll give in, baby mi, I go craze
